Villa Aqua

We had the most amazing time ever! The villa is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly clean, private, and stunningly designed. Best of all is the service and staff. Luisa the concierge went out of her way to schedule everything for us and make sure our stay was exceptional. Bernardo the chef is a truly skilled chef, from delicious breakfasts and lunches to the amazing upscale dinner, we were so pleased. Eduardo the butler provided the most dedicated service in whatever we requested. In general, the entire team was exceptionally dedicated and focused on providing us with the ultimate vacation. I would highly recommend staying in this villa if you are looking for a tranquil luxurious experience in Playa Del Carmen. We hope to come again soon!

The home is beautiful, the staff is outstanding and the location is very convenient. We had the most amazing stay there and hope to come back again for a reunion trip!

The house is very beautiful! Everything exceeded our expectations, the staff was very helpful and always happy to help out. The food was amazing, we tried everything, from oven pizzas, to seafood and even asian food. the pool and the hot tub where the best places to relax. Definitely one of the best houses I've stayed in the area.

What an absolute wonderful experience and house. This place was everything and more than was expected. The grounds are beautiful, the house is well maintained, and really felt like home during our stay. The staff was more than perfect, they provided such a high level of service with the feel of family. I cannot say enough great things about our time at the house and with the staff, it was truly a wonderful and relaxing time.

No words can describe my experience. Upon arrival great by Luisa and the staff , with welcome drinks and welcome lunch. From the drink , food and housekeeping upkeep , we felt like we were at our own 5 star hotel. throughout the stay Luisa was responsive no matter the time. One of the rooms air conditioner went out the first night and immediately was replaced early in the morning with a brand new unit. The pictures do not do this place Justice. My group and I had a beautiful time and will definitely be back.

Amazing house !!! It was a very nice house and spacious ! Luisa was super helpful coordinating everything for our weekend and all the staff was amazing. Highly recommend staying here with friends or family ! We had a great stay and everything was lovely.

Our stay at Aqua Villa was truly wonderful. The villa was like our own mini hotel and we were the staff’s only guests so everything was about us! From a magical cenotè tour to our in-villa spa day, our girls trip was fantastic and this trip has changed the way we will all vacation from now on. We loved the neighborhood and that we were only a short walk to shops and restaurants if needed. Thank you again for making our trip so memorable!

I’ve visited this home TWICE… back to back birthdays and I’d do it again. Whenever I want to come relax or celebrate life’s occasions and I want to do it in Mexico this is my go-to spot. Louisa is GOD SENT. It feels like home away from home. Anything you need, anything you want or may have forgotten Louisa and her crew will get it or make it happen. At this point Louisa is family. Thank you guys again for such amazing hospitality while enjoying my birthday…. AGAIN !

This vacation exceeded our expectations ten-fold. The home, pool and grounds we pristine, current and very comfortable. Every room was set up for comfort and the outdoors. We were completely spoiled by the staff at every turn. I have literally never seen anything like it. You must experience this amazing place and it’s team!

Absolutely outstanding! The best airbnb we've ever stayed in and perfect for family/friends reunion. The food was phenomenal (we had a special all vegetarian birthday dinner in garden, and also a grill night near the pool for dinners alongside the breakfasts), the rooms and home's beauty is even more than the photos, and we loved the location as well. And the wildest thing is that the team was as good if not better than the absolutely stunning surroundings. We felt completely spoiled + relaxed. Our 1 and 3 year old, up to our nearly ~70 year old grandparents, plus 20s/30s crowd all loved it.

First of all the pictures don’t serve any justice for this property. Second, Luisa is God sent. She loves what she does and that’s from the bottom of her heart. She goes above and beyond to make you happy and enjoy your stay…. Anything we asked she was right there getting it. One night we went out and my friend twisted her ankle. Luisa was already heading home for the night, called the driver to get her picked up as she turned around to help my friend once she arrived back to the house. Fixing her some food, propping her legs and getting meds with ice to keep her comfortable. Things she didn’t have to do. Our bartender Luis was AMAZING because what’s a party without the drinks flowing lol so he did his job from the moment we arrived. To the point where when I got back home I still wanted a margarita with a extra shot on the side at 11am lol. Our chef was amazing as well. Breakfast lunch and dinner. We allowed him to be creative some nights. Overall the ENTIRE STAY was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I wish I could take the entire staff with me on every vacation. Thank you guys for making my birthday memorable.

Absolutely amazing. Louisa/Barbara/Edwardo/Bernardo and all the staff were great to deal with. They arranged our pick up and drop off, did all the cooking/cleaning and wait staffing. It was basically like being at a private all-inclusive hotel. We didn't even want to leave the house very much because of how amazing it was! Would without a doubt stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a group booking. 5 out of 5 stars!

I’ve been waiting since the day we check in to leave this review because I’ve never experienced such an INCREDIBLE stay as this. If you are thinking of booking a stay at Villa Aqua, stop thinking and DO IT IMMEDIATELY. I booked a stay here for my 40th birthday getaway celebration with close friends and family and there are absolutely no words for how wonderful our experience was. This trip was absolutely a splurge and it was worth every single penny! I would do it again in a heartbeat. The Villa and property was BREATHTAKING. So luxurious and comfortable. We had 12 adults and one child in our group and we all had plenty of space and felt like royalty. The pool was so big and the perfect temperature. The grounds were maintained impeccably and were such a joy to wake up to everyday. But the true JEWEL of our stay was Luisa and the rest of the Villa Aqua staff. They really went way above and beyond to ensure every single moment of our time there was comfortable and magical. Chef Bernardo and Olga prepared the most delicious and beautiful meals for us, and made sure to make special vegan meals for my wife. We paid extra to have them stay for dinner service every night so we got 3 amazing meals every day. Eduardo was an absolute joy and made sure we always had the tastiest refreshments. He was so warm and kind and was ALWAYS smiling from ear to ear. Mary kept the Villa spotless and beautiful. We never needed for anything in the rooms or common areas. Now we get to Luisa. I get a little emotional writing this because she is THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME. She deserves several raises because she was beyond incredible. From the moment we booked to the moment we left the Villa at checkout she took SUCH good care of us. She was VERY communicative from the moment we reserved the Villa. She coordinated all of our transpiration to and from the airport, which was not easy because we were all coming from different states at different times and even over different days and needed multiple cars. She handled it. She handled reservations at a local restaurant one night and made sure we had a driver to take us there and bring us back. One of my guests had a severe allergic reaction one night and Luisa immediately called a doctor at 5:00 am to come to the Villa to take care of her, AND Luisa came to make sure we were ok as well. Another of my guests ran out of diapers for their baby and Luisa went and bought diapers and brought them back to the Villa after 10:00 at night for her. She coordinated all of our COVID tests to have someone come administer them to us at the Villa. She even coordinated my airport transfer for days after we left for Villa to go and stay at a different resort for a few days. She made sure to extend her service even beyond our stay there. And all of this was ON TOP of her incredible service daily during the stay. When i tell you Luisa is an actual unicorn on Earth. She needs to be protected at all costs. I hope Villa Aqua knows how special she is and that she makes the Villa experience so magical. This was the best vacation I’ve ever had in my life and it will be the standard for which I compare all others from here on out. If you want a LUXURY vacation experience where you feel so well taken care of and can relax and just enjoy paradise BOOK VILLA AQUA IMMEDIATELY.

The staff and house are amazing. The location is safe and close to everything. We had 6 young adults (ages 20-16) and 2 adults. The kids had plenty to do with all of the activities offered at the house. The beach is about an easy 15 min walk. The staff was beyond wonderful and so helpful. We will stay there again.
